The estimate was prepared and the dropoff date was set at the initial meeting. Dian Norbury was my service rep and she did an outstanding job of getting everything scheduled and getting the procedure in order. She kept be advised on the progress of the job and set a tentative pickup date which she met. I could not have been more pleased with the job that the shop performed and the personnel that I had contact.
