The price of the vehicle we were interested in and the price offered for our trade-in were both fair. Kimberly was very pleasant and did a great job explaining things and also going over the multiple options on the new vehicle. There was a little hiccup transferring the insurance & registration but that could be due to many factors and all is well that ends well -:)Joseph G
