A little slow on 18th of December, but I am in no rush.

I brought my wife's 2022 GMC Terrain Denali in for it's first oil change and check up. I was treated courteously and the vehicle was done in less than 1 hour. I will use Bell and Bell for my GMC service needs.

Went to service department, their always polite and do excellent work.

I only have great things to say about the Service Department at Bell and Bell, recently needed my fuel injectors replaced, Jodi Prager in service made it easy, got ot done very quickly, and this being an expensive repair, made it as affordable as possible.


All ok, but forgot to get my key holder door opener adjusted.

Their service department was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came down for vacation and my husband’s fairly new truck started having transmission problems. Not only were they able to get us in the very same day I called, but they were able to get the truck fixed in less time that they originally quoted. I can honestly say that our local dealership (where we bought the truck, mind you) has never been this accommodating!!!

From out of town and camping nearby when my batteries went dead in my diesel truck (2 batteries)..I called and set up taking it there..The Tech dropped a battery on my right fender. They were so apologetic. Made me sick ( I’m very particular) Melissa assured me they would make it right.Put me right in a loaner truck. The following afternoon my truck was ready. The dent was gone and it was “Perfect”….being as particular as I am Perfect must be Perfect…!!!! Went to pay and they even discounted the batteries. Great Folks…If you ever need ...
